Smee belly button shows 2

Here is Smee with regular belly button showing again. This is when he says he will tell the crew about leaving Never land even though its a trick from Hook to Tinker Bell. Hook trips him to stop him from going out. Smees belly button just shows naturaly.
I always imagined what if Hook placed his hand or hook ovver Smees belly to stop him. I wonder what Smee would have done then...
